Tillova was born in 2024 when our founders spent time with small business owners in Nairobi's markets. They saw shopkeepers using multiple notebooks โ one for sales, one for credit customers, one for suppliers. Reconciling everything at the end of the month was a nightmare.
The existing solutions were either too expensive (enterprise software costing thousands per month) or too basic (simple spreadsheet templates). There was nothing built specifically for the African small business โ with local payment integration, offline capability, and pricing that actually works.
So we built it. Today, over 2,400 businesses across 6 African countries use Tillova to manage their sales, inventory, and finances. And we're just getting started.
